How we work with clients

NexSprint is a Singapore-based practice for AI transformation: advisory on what to automate, then delivery of the software itself. Every engagement is owned end to end by a human project director, with an orchestrated team of AI agents doing the design, build, and quality review underneath.

The practical effect is speed without the usual trade-off. A scope that would normally take a quarter lands in one to two sprints, and everything we ship is real, production-grade code - you own the repository at the end of the engagement.

The ladder has five rungs. Advisory ranks what is worth automating and scopes the first build. Sprint Build ships a fixed-scope application in two to four weeks. Workflow Automation replaces a recurring manual process. AI Integration adds AI capabilities to a system you already run. And a Care Plan keeps any of it improving month over month after handover.

What to expect after you reach out

1. Discovery call (30 minutes)
A short conversation where we dig into the problem, the current workaround, and what success looks like. No slides, no sales pitch. If we are not a fit, we will tell you.
2. Advisory or scoping document
Within two business days you get a written next step: either a scoped advisory engagement, or - when the problem is already clear - a scope covering features, architecture, timeline, and fixed pricing. You can take it to your team, your board, or your grant administrator.
3. Sprint kickoff
Once the scope is signed, the repository, CI, and staging environment go up on day one. You get a preview link within 48 hours and daily async updates throughout the sprint.
4. Handover and care plan
At the end of the engagement you receive the production deployment, the source repository, credentials, an operations runbook, and a demo walkthrough. Most clients continue on a monthly care plan so the system keeps improving.

What does a typical engagement cost?

Advisory runs S$1,500 to S$3,000, credited against your first sprint. Sprint Build engagements run S$15,000 to S$30,000 depending on scope. Workflow Automation projects are S$8,000 to S$15,000. AI Integration work is S$10,000 to S$20,000. Ongoing care plans start at S$500 a month. Every engagement is fixed-price: no hourly meters, no surprise invoices.

How fast can you start?

Discovery and scoping normally take three to five business days. Once the scope is signed, kickoff is usually within a week. For urgent requests we can sometimes compress this - mention your timeline in your first email.

Who owns the code?

You do. At the end of every engagement you receive the full source repository under your organisation. There are no hidden licences, no platform lock-in, and no ongoing royalties on work we deliver.
